Administrative Officer

🎯 Job Purpose
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth institute functioning.
  • Maintain a professional, student-friendly environment across front office and admin.
🗂️ Office & Administration
  • Manage front office, calls, email, and correspondence.
  • Maintain institute records, student files, and documentation.
  • Oversee inventory of robotics kits, lab equipment, and stationery.
  • Schedule classes, workshops, meetings, and rooms.
👨‍👩‍👧 Student & Parent Coordination
  • Manage admissions, registrations, and attendance records.
  • Guide parents on programs, schedules, and fees; handle queries.
  • Coordinate with teachers to update parents on student progress.
  • Facilitate feedback and grievance redressal.
🧩 Academic & Operations Support
  • Assist trainers with schedules and resource readiness.
  • Maintain project files, assessments, and certification records.
  • Organize competitions, exhibitions, and events.
  • Ensure classrooms and labs are safe, organized, and engaging.
📣 Marketing & Communication
  • Support social media updates and institute promotions.
  • Coordinate announcements for workshops, events, and admissions.
  • Assist with newsletters, posters, and parent communications.

Student Trainer / Mentor

🎯 Job Purpose
  • Guide and inspire students in robotics learning through classes and mentoring.
  • Foster creativity, problem‑solving, and teamwork.
📘 Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging robotics & STEM sessions for kids (8–14 years).
  • Mentor projects for competitions, exhibitions, and showcases.
  • Co-design and improve curriculum activities.
  • Maintain progress records and share feedback with parents.
  • Support workshops, camps, and events; ensure safety & discipline.
🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills
  • High school / college students with interest in STEM & Robotics.
  • Knowledge of LEGO, Arduino, sensors, motors, and basic coding.
  • Good communication & presentation skills; patience with kids.
  • Availability on evenings/weekends and during camps/events.
  • Teaching/mentoring experience is a plus (not mandatory).
